Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Visit HoffTrainers.com and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Follow the instructions to complete your return request.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as final sale
